Reedley College Ceramics Studio 9-5:00pm Reedley College Clay Club is pleased to welcome Adam Shiverdecker. Faculty member in ceramics at San Jose State University, Adam will join us and share both his studio practice as well as information on his academic program at SJSU Art Department. A talented sculptor, Adam engages architectural planning in his works, historical forms as well as contemporary methodologies to produce works that challenge your understanding of clay and engage you in dialogue about its content. Pulling from historical and contemporary iconography Adams work is us uniquely forward looking while historically reflective.
Come join us for this great opportunity to visit with Adam. Engage him about his work as well as his robust ceramics program that offers both a BFA and an MFA in studio art ceramics. $20.00 sugested donation. As always we aim to bring everyone together for our workshops by offering them to you at the lowest cost possible. FREE! Marc Digeros

Two Days! 9-5:00pm Marc Digeros is coming to the Reedley College Ceramics Studio. Marc is and amazingly talented ceramic artist, innovating and inspiring all who cross his path. Reedley College Clay Club is excited to host him for a TWO DAY workshop. March will be demonstrating his innovative and technical building process as well as demoing his glazing process. Supported by our friends at Duncan Ceramics, Marc will be using Duncan glazes and showing us how a master maker designs and makes both form and surface.
Come join us for this great opportunity to work with, talk with and share the skills and processes truly unique to Marc Digeros. A little more about Marc: Marc Digeros, originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, now resides in Los Angeles, California where he works for the architect, Frank Gehry, as model shop manager. He received his MFA from the University of Washington and his BFA from the University of Minnesota. He spent two years in Helena, MT as a resident artist at the Archie Bray Foundation and received the first ever Taunt Fellowship during his residency. He has taught at schools in the Los Angeles area including CSU (California State University) Northridge, CSU Long Beach, as well as the University of Southern California. A artist making a living from her work, Klai offers a important perspective on the realities of maker life and what it means to be a working ceramic artist. Working with functional forms and engaging them with eye locking illustrations, Klais work is a beautiful picture of functional meets portraiture. Living and working in the Los Angeles areas, Klai received her BFA in ceramics from California State University.
